Outsourcing means that you have specific tasks of your business carried out by someone outside your company. Think, for example, of a hair salon that sends out laundry towels instead of cleaning them in-house. Outsourcing can be where an organization specifically employs an individual contractor to deliver services. Or, a business can contract an outsourcing firm — such as Manpower — that either employs or hires workers to provide such services.
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO):-
-BPO stands for “business process outsourcing.” BPO is often used to define an organization that is hired to offer resources or business operations to another entity.
These can provide production or back-office roles, such as accounting and human resources. Nevertheless, BPO can also provide front-end functions such as customer care and technical assistance. “Global BPO” is another word for offshoring or exporting beyond the home nation or primary market of a product. BPO workers are not usually operating at home, although others, such as call centers, might be.

Offshoring:-
Offshoring is a method of outsourcing. Offshoring occurs where a corporation transfers its operations or facilities to a region other than its home nation or main sector. It is usually done to reduce costs. Generally, the new country has lower labor costs.
Offshoring and outsourcing are not interchangeable, but others share the same detrimental connotation. however, can mean job opportunities for those who want to work from home.
Homeshoring:-
The concept of household saving (also known as homesourcing), according to Dictionary.com, is “shift of service sector workers to electronically related home-based staff.” Homeshoring is thus effectively transforming office employment into home-based work.
Home-based employment is separate from offshoring, though, since home-based work is usually undertaken in the area where the contractor works.
Homeshoring might or does not require contracting contracted for research to be done by a third party outside the business. When an organization hires the home-based employees, so housekeeping is not outsourcing.
A business that employs U.S. home-based contact center operators to enable calls from inside the U.S. is home-based. However, if the same U.S .- based organization employed call center representatives in India to receive calls from U.S. clients, it will be offshoring.
